PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The decision to purchase an apartment abroad is usually dictated by the investment, for example, for rent or running a second house (summer house), or by the decision to move and live in Spain. When choosing a property in Spain, please specify the following criteria so that you will be satisfied not only on the day of purchase but for the rest of your life with the decision you have made:

  • Type of property in Spain (house, flat, apartment)

  • Budget available or expected creditworthiness

  • Location of the property (distance from the sea, town centre, golf course, etc.)

  • Objective of purchase of real estate (permanent or retired residence, own summer property, for rent or investment)

The choice of the right estate in Spain, on which you need to spend a few days in the company of our Agent, will allow you to personally choose the ideal property.

After making a satisfactory choice and paying the reservation amount you will sign a preliminary agreement and we will proceed to further procedures for the purchase of the apartment in Spain. The next step is to register with the Spanish system as a foreigner and to open a Spanish bank account into which you will pay the remaining value of the property you have chosen in Spain, and then to visit a notary public to draw up a notarial deed.
